Compliance Package

  • Create Opportunity

    We'll take all of the information you have about your client and the transaction, and we'll turn that into a complete Contact profile (or profiles) in Command. We'll also create an Opportunity on your behalf to store all transaction documents for now and into the future!

  • Document Support

    We will draft all necessary listing documents, including Forms 22E, 22J, 22K, and 42 on your behalf. In addition, we will oversee the completion of the Seller Disclosure Statement when applicable.

  • Order Title

    We'll order title on your behalf through your preferred title and escrow company (or you can leverage our partnership with Title Alliance Puget Sound for preferred service and support).

  • Compliance Approval

    We'll collect and upload all listing documents to Command and submit everything to the Market Center for compliance approval.

  • Ongoing Communication

    • Upon receiving the listing agreement, contact all parties and introduce ourselves as a member of the Partner Agent's team.

    • Create a list of all deadlines and milestones to keep everything organized and on track through a successful launch.

    • Daily summaries sent to Partner Agents outlining completed tasks.

    • Weekly status updates delivered to Partner Agents and clients through listing launch.

  • Organize Documentation

    • Draft Listing Input Sheet and, once completed, prepare marketing remarks based on property characteristics.

    • Order OSS as-built or sewer capacity charge (as needed).

    • Once approved, deliver all documents for signature.

    • Draft NWMLS/KWMLS listings, including uploading marketing photos/videos, attaching documents, and assigning Supra key box.

  • Launch Listing

    • Launch Listing on target launch date between 8am and 12pm.

    • Update ShowingTime preferences (if requested). 

    • Send launch email to Sellers, including a link to their MLS listing, a copy of marketing collateral, and all signed documents.

We only get paid when you do.


In the event the transaction fails to close for any reason, our fee is deferred until the transaction closes successfully!

All of our Listing Coordination services include daily update emails from your full-time Transaction Coordinator for the duration of your service. If desired, we'll also send a weekly update directly to you and your client to ensure all parties are in sync.
