From contract to close, we've got you covered.
We'll take all of the information you have about your client and the transaction, and we'll turn that into a complete Contact profile (or profiles) in Command. We'll also create an Opportunity on your behalf to store all transaction documents for now and into the future!
We'll collect and upload all transaction documents to Command and submit everything to the Market Center for compliance approval.
We'll thoroughly review your purchase and sale agreement, and create a list of all deadlines and milestones for your reference throughout the transaction.
We'll draft your commission summary and submit it to the Market Center on your behalf. In addition, we'll continue to follow up with the Market Center until the commission disbursement authorization has been delivered to your closing team. In addition, we'll follow the transaction through to closing to ensure you are paid successfully at closing!

• Upon receiving mutual acceptance, contact all parties and introduce ourselves as a member of the Partner Agent's team.
• Daily summaries sent to Partner Agents outlining completed tasks.
• Weekly status updates sent to Partner Agents and clients.
• Facilitate digital signings via Docusign on behalf of Partner Agent.
• Confirm appraisal has been ordered and follow up with the lending team until the appraisal is satisfied.
• Monitor the loan approval process all the way from receipt of loan commitment followed by the clear-to-close.
• Track contingency-related deadlines and requirements, keeping all parties on track and in compliance with the terms of the contract.
• Ensure all documentation is provided to all parties within contract time frames and in compliance with all terms of the agreement.
• Provide resources for clients to set up/cancel utilities.
• Ensure delivery of lender loan documents and provide estimated settlement statements for Partner Agent review.
• Coordinate final walkthroughs, removal of For Sales signage, listing staging, and key transfer (when applicable).
• Change the status of NWMLS and KWLS
listings upon successful closing.
• Post-closing services include updating
Contact records in Command, uploading
final settlement statement, and backing
up all Opportunity documents for posterity.
We only get paid when you do.
In the event the transaction fails to close for any reason, our fee is deferred until the transaction closes successfully!
All of our Transaction Coordination services include daily update emails from your full-time Transaction Coordinator for the duration of your service. If desired, we'll also send a weekly update directly to you and your client to ensure all parties are in sync.
